Purifying Mat Cleanser

Mix and measure ingredients in an empty spray bottle. Shake before each use. Spray yoga mat generously with your cleansing spray on each side after use, wipe down with a cloth or hang and allow to dry completely.

1 Empty 2 oz. Glass Spray Bottle

3 drops Tea Tree Oil

5 drops Lavender Oil

3 drops Lemon Oil

1½ ounces (3 tablespoons) witch hazel with aloe (or vinegar)

Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant/nursing.
